NFL 2004 Season Subscriber Survey ResultsWe conducted a survey at the end of the season to get feedback from our subscribers on what they like and don't like about the TwoMinuteWarning coverage of the NFL. Unfortunately the response rate was low (<20% of all subscribers) and while we would like to think we have such a high satisfaction rate as depicted in these answers, we have to presume a level of bias exists -- subscribers who were pleased with the coverage were more likely to take the survey than those who were dissatisfied. Still, the findings are interesting, and it's not too late to give your feedback, indeed even if you are not a subscriber, we would be pleased to hear your thoughts on the site: Take the Survey!
